Club SEQUOIA is a wellness center for active elderly people, designed to reduce isolation and promote healthy aging through physical, spiritual, mental, and recreational stimulation.
The programs are offered four days a week, three hours a day.
Club SEQUOIA is a member of the National Institute of Senior Centers.
Centers for the elderly are the place where communities welcome the opportunities and challenges of aging.
They serve as a gateway that connects older adults, their families, and the community with resources that enable older adults (and ultimately everyone as they grow older) to remain healthy, safe, and independent.
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
