Selfhelp's five senior centers, including one of New York City's Innovative Senior Centers, offer a wide variety of life-enhancing programs such as computer classes, concerts and lectures, health and wellness workshops, as well as nutritious meals for seniors living in the surrounding communities. Our senior centers serve close to 10,000 older adults in a variety of educational and social activities. We take particular pride in creating programs and services that reflect the culture of each local community.
