About Office of Human Rights (for SMI)

Free service, must be SMI (seriously mentally ill) & in Magellan or any of the RBHA's (regional behavioral health authorities); Assist people in transitioning phase from 18-21 to get SMI services; Help people understand their rights, education programs @ advocacy; Special assistance with housing, medication, counseling, stakeholders & service planning; Attend all the mental health appointments; Advocate for discharge to least restrictive environments; Assist with working with bettering relationships their families and children.
