The Elderly Centres offer people aged 60 and over, and their spouses, a place to go for nutritious meals, social activities and a range of programmes such as health screenings, health and consumer education, creative arts, physical exercise and other special events that are exclusive to the individual centres.
Senior centers often partner with a variety of local organizations and provide other community services.
The centers also provide volunteer opportunities where older people can contribute their experience and skills in a meaningful and satisfying way.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
