Districts that are not fully covered by a hospital district or public hospital must provide the following basic health services to eligible residents: Immunizations, preventive medical check-ups, annual physical examinations, in-patient hospital services, out-patient hospital services, including hospital-based services of out-patient surgical centers, rural health clinics, laboratory and radiology services, family planning services, medical services, payment for not more than three prescription drugs per month, services of qualified nursing homes.
