About Paula’s House – Transitional Housing for Women

A positive welcoming environment for homeless women with substance abuse problems.

The main goal is for women to live in a safe environment and face their addictions while leading a sober lifestyle.

Each resident has their own individualized personal goal plan that focuses on recovery and self-improvement.

During the residency, women are educated about sober living, anger management, coping skills, problem-solving, nutrition, relapse prevention, the medical effects of addiction, parenting skills, rational emotive behavior therapy, and cognitive therapy.
