Offers a wealth of services to homeless people with disabilities (including substance abuse, mental illness, or chronic illness). Project Renewal tries to provide everything homeless people need to move from the streets to independent living. Areas of service include housing, outreach, health care, addiction recovery, mental health, and employment. Must be referred (referrals are usually through the shelter system, social service programs, prisons); however, assistance will be provided in obtaining a referral if necessary.
