About Golden Retreat Activity Center

Generations Unlimited's mission:

To promote opportunities and provide programs, including transportation, that improve well-being and enrich the quality of life of Barnwell County citizens, with special emphasis on the elderly population.

Generations Unlimited serves as the Aging Council and the public transportation provider for Barnwell County.

They operate two senior centers, which are the focal point for senior services in the community: Sundial Cafe at the Gail Reyes Senior Center in Barnwell; Golden Retreat Activity Center in Blackville.

They also serve Local Motion, which is a public transport service for Barnwell County.
