Got evicted, moved with elderly parents , applying for assistance to assist them and they live on a budget and with this coronavirus my disability taking care of myself is harder than I thought. There electric and water Bill is outrageously high.

1. I've never met the office Personnel in Ballinger Texas Catholic Church but I know from the people in Ballinger they have to be polite and courteous cuz everyone here is posted March 12, 2020
