Immunization:

Walk-ins Wednesday 9:00 am - 11:30 am

By appointment Wednesday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Other clinic services:

Monday, Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
