About The Bronx Defenders

A public defender organization representing indigent clients in the Bronx who have been charged with crimes. Clients of Bronx Defenders have one place where they can go for any issue, whether it is a case in a courtroom, a problem with a landlord, or a long-standing mental illness. Under one roof, Bronx Defenders holistic advocacy brings together experts from a variety of disciplinescriminal and civil attorneys, social workers, investigators, parent advocates, and community organizersto tackle all of these needs head on.
