About The Open Door Eustis, Drop in center for the homeless

The Open Door is the prod uct. A place that doesnt require anything of the homeless individual, but allows the individual to re - connect . Service can be in the ability to take a shower, wash clothes, use a computer, call a family member or talk to a trained LifeStream professiona l to obtain information on social/medical services. Patrons will be allowed to use the address/phone number as a mailing address or contact number when filling out job applications. Lockers will be provided to keep belongings safe. It is neither a fo od bank nor a clothes closet , although information and direction will be provided to obtain them. Although not an overnight facility, it is hoped that this will be the initial stepping stone in providing an overnight shelter for our area in the future. Hours: call for hours.

Do you accept food/hygiene items there? I don't have much in this bag (I just cleaned the pantry) but some getting close to expiration dates.
