FiftyForward Madison Station is located in downtown Madison, Tennessee, about 11 miles from downtown Nashville.

The FiftyForward Madison station operate in 1996 and provides services to adults over the age of 50, who mainly live in Madison, East Nashville, Inglewood, Old Hickory, and Goodlettsville and Hendersonville. In some areas.
FiftyForward Madison Station is called the "station" because of its proximity to the historic train station behind it. It is a bustling center with more than 150 members attending every day.
