TROSA gives more than 500 male and female substance abusers the tools and support they need to be productive, recovering individuals by providing counseling/mentoring, work-based vocational training, education, and continuing care. TROSA provides all of its services free of charge to the resident. Once you enter the program, we will provide you with housing, clothing, food, and personal care items. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
