The Fussell Senior Citizen Center was built in 2012.

The Center is a member of the National Institute of Senior Centers (NISC).

The Senior Center won Houstons Best Senior Center in 2017 and 2018 for the Senior Resource Guides Annual Readers Choice Award.

Has anyone ever used this service? How was it?

1. My Dad occasionally goes. There are several trips a month. Most are Day trips; some are free, some have a nominal fee associated with it. Each day of the week has specialties throughout the day. Once in a while, Saturday will have an activity, too. Beautiful back porch area! posted March 14, 2025

Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?

1. Office personnel are always warm and friendly. My sister and I sometimes call and ask the same questions (unknowingly) but they treat us with respect and answer. We don't know we both called until we compare notes. posted March 14, 2025
