Home visting program consists of six weekly sessions. Classes cover good nutrition and exercise, fetal development, signs of labor, newborn care, how to choose a pediatrician, postpartum visits and what to expect, as well as birth control options after delivery. Eligibility: First time expectant mothers in their second or early third trimester and their partners. Cost: Free. Languages: English, Spanish
