We have a electric bill that will be shut off tomorrow morning we have been in a bind since my husband found out he was sick with diabetes was out of work and couldnt cover bills but he has recovered with the proper medication and is back at work but wise co coop energy wont work with us and we have no family here to help us .. Would we be able to get assistance please would be so greatful
