About Wellness Center at Port Morris

Program features intake and medical assessment, substance use treatment, supportive group and individual counseling, Methadone maintenance, Buprenorphine maintenance, psychiatric care and vocational services and support. HIV/AIDS counseling and services, Hepatitis C support groups, peer education, OB/GYN care for pregnant women and a parenting skills group. Eligibility: Adult outpatient. Cost: Medicaid, private health insurance and selfpayment. Sliding fee scale for uninsured based on income and other factors is used. Languages: English, Spanish and ASL or other assistance for hearing impaired. Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 7:00pm.
