Hello I am in dire need of assistance I was unlawfully fired and now she refuses to pay me 3 weeks of work. I am taking her to small claims court but I have not ate in 3 days and was wondering how to get help

We are in need of help we are raising our granddaughter she is six and is in 1st Grade my husband lost his job and we are having trouble getting him a new one . we did not know it would take this long to get a job and we are out of savings. Our rent is due and all the utilities are due also. We need food and we do not want to loose our house we are renting.i had asked my landlord for a lease and he was like if you can't pay rent you need to move now so I convinced him to let us stay and this was 4 mths ago this is the first time we have not been able to sell things to come up with it.. I have rent receiptsto show but no one will help us with just rent receipts.and I have yet to get any help with gas so my husband can keep looking for work
